There
is a direct relationship between laziness and poverty.
Laziness
is a demon. However, no amount of prayer and fasting can destroy it.
The
only anti-dote to laziness is DILIGENCE! Laziness shows in both the young and
old.
Also,
there are lazy Christians and lazy atheists! Laziness also manifests itself
both mentality and physically.
Moreso, it is very easy to identify a lazy
person.
They
have observable characteristics.
A
lazy person stays up late doing the wrong things, sometimes not really doing
anything at all. A lazy person usually wakes up late. A lazy person is always
running late for school, work, and other appointments. A lazy person goes to
church late, every time. A lazy person
like to procrastinate on assignments and appointments. Lazy people usually
submit assignments late. A lazy person is an easy prey to envy and jealousy.
Laziness can collapse a ministry. Laziness can make you lose elections.
Laziness can destroy your health and well-being. Laziness can hinder your
spiritual growth.
Laziness
breeds envy and jealousy. Lay people get offended when they see others doing
well and progressing in life. In fact, lazy folks see the success of diligent
people are an insult to them.
Laziness
can, however, be very destructive in every respect. Laziness can collapse a
business! Laziness can destroy a marriage! Laziness can destroy a relationship!
Laziness can make you lose a job opportunity. Laziness can hinder your
promotion at the office. Laziness can lead to indebtedness! A lazy person is
never able to pay his bills and he is always financially handicapped. A lazy
person enjoys borrowing! Laziness can also kill you before your time.
It is highly impossible to be lazy and wealthy
at the same time.
Laziness
and poverty are inseparable like Siamese twins!
But
you can break the spirit of laziness by practicing diligence.
It can be done!
